Overview

SingHealth Community Health Office of Learning (SCHOOL) is SingHealth’s community health education arm, dedicated to improving health and social care outcomes through education and community empowerment. In this role, you will assist in the development and planning of training programmes for the Intermediate and Long-Term Care (ILTC) sector. You will support the creation of training curricula and materials, identify and engage relevant participants, and manage publicity through websites, social media platforms, electronic direct marketing (eDM) and partner publicity channels.

You will also be involved in organising conferences and events, contributing to the development of themes and concepts and assisting with programme design and manpower planning. Additionally, you will coordinate training initiatives and ensure smooth execution. After each training programme, you will be involved in collecting and analysing participant feedback and training data. You will be tasked to evaluate the effectiveness of the sessions, identify areas of improvement, and provide valuable insights to help enhance the overall quality and impact of future training.

Responsibilities
