Job description

The Office of Digital Empowerment is dedicated to revolutionising SingHealth's healthcare ecosystem through innovative digital technologies, enhancing patient care and operational efficiency whilst fostering innovation and collaboration.

As a Senior Assistant Manager, you will support implementation and management of SingHealth's GenAI Platform, establishing self-service capabilities for users to develop and deploy GenAI solutions whilst maintaining governance and security standards.

Your key responsibilities include:
  • Manage GenAI platform operations including monitoring usage and performance, tracking metrics, maintaining configurations, and coordinating vendor updates whilst documenting platform settings and changes.
  • Enable users through platform guidance, creating user documentation, supporting training programmes, assisting with prompt engineering, and maintaining knowledge bases and FAQs to resolve usage queries.
  • Support departments in use case identification and implementation, assist in prompt template creation, document successful implementations, and track performance whilst sharing best practices and learnings.
  • Drive innovation by researching emerging GenAI capabilities, documenting success stories, maintaining prompt engineering best practices, creating reusable templates, and supporting the GenAI community of practice.
  • Coordinate with End User Support teams for access management needs and maintain relationships with internal and external agencies whilst staying current with platform updates and features.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related field with at least 4 years relevant experience.
  • Minimum 1-year hands-on experience with GenAI technologies or LLMs
  • Experience in platform operations, user training, documentation, and stakeholder coordination is advantageous.
  • Healthcare industry experience will be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and communication abilities, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
