A healthcare institution in Singapore seeks a Senior Assistant/Manager to support strategic initiatives for Academic Medicine. Responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, developing workplans, and facilitating senior management discussions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft tools.
As Senior Assistant/Manager in the Joint Office of Academic Medicine (JOAM), you will support the department in the strategic development of initiatives and programmes for the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medicine (AM) and the Academic Clinical Programmes (ACPs).
Your responsibilities will include assisting in tracking and reporting performance metrics for ACPs, developing annual department workplans, and supporting strategies to strengthen collaboration for research and education initiatives. You will also work with the Assistant Director to organise strategic platforms, including international advisory council meetings and senior leaders' forums, to facilitate robust and effective conversations that advance AM.
Additional duties include secretariat responsibilities at senior management meetings and reviewing and documenting processes to enhance effectiveness and business continuity.
