This role combines strategic oversight with operational execution, aimed at attracting, engaging, and developing a future-ready healthcare workforce.

You will work closely with the Ministry of Health Holdings (MOHH), internal stakeholders across The Organisation institutions, and external partners such as schools and educational institutions to ensure a seamless and impactful talent pipeline.

We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

  • Facilitate selection processes with MOHH, including candidate shortlisting and interview coordination, while supporting the projection, allocation, and tracking of scholarship and sponsorship placements across The Organisation institutions.
  • Plan and conduct orientation programmes for new scholars and engagement events for sponsored students, and supporting key events like the MOHH Healthcare Scholarships Award Ceremony.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase take-up rates of pre-service sponsorships, collaborating with institutional HR to ensure a smooth and positive on-site interviews and on-boarding experience for candidates.
  • Drive the development and refinement of The Organisation cluster-wide sponsorship strategy, aligned with workforce planning needs as well as ensuring adherence to sponsorship guidelines.
  • Manage publicity efforts related to the Bright Sparks platform and oversee MOHH funding charge-out processes, serving as the key liaison between MOHH and institutions for all scholarship and sponsorship-related matters including coordination and tracking of Career Conversion Programmes (CCP) and Return to Nursing (RTN) initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare sector and workforce development strategies.
