Job description
What you'll be doing
  • Oversee security and carpark operations, including policy administration, vendor performance, system maintenance (CCTV, card access, walkie talkie, carpark), and key management
  • Manage service feedback, incidents, and investigations, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive improvements
  • Review and propose initiatives to enhance service delivery, ensuring compliance with contracts, SOPs, and emergency response plans
  • Support procurement, inventory, financial budgeting, and record management for departmental logistics and equipment
  • Lead staff development, training plans, discipline, and regular engagement sessions
  • Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets and maintain up-to-date documentation for all functional units
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline
  • 3 - 5 years of similar working experience in healthcare operations management/ facilities/ general services
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills
  • Experience in security/ carpark operations will be an advantage
  • Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
