Job description

We are seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to join our Group Marketing Communications team. This role supports the management and execution of marketing communications strategies to build SingHealth's profile and strengthen brand awareness among our key audiences: patients, members of the public and healthcare professionals.

You will manage patient education, informational and promotional collaterals across print and digital platforms. This includes conceptualising ideas and editorial outlines, editing and writing content through to final implementation.

Your responsibilities include enhancing the awareness, visibility and usage of the corporate website by developing new content and incorporating best practices for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). You will regularly monitor content performance and identify ways to boost engagement rates.

You will also develop and edit content for SingHealth's e-newsletter and print collaterals for external partners. Additional duties include preparing and managing ad hoc media initiatives and visits to ensure successful execution.

Job requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Arts, Communications or Business, with at least 4 years' relevant experience
  • Experience in writing articles for publications in magazines/websites
  • Background in producing and optimising website content for search engine optimisation is advantageous
  • Strong command of both spoken and written English with excellent writing and editing skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities concurrently
  • Excellent computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft applications
  • Analytical and highly meticulous
  • Team player and strong collaborator
  • Independent self-starter with the ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
