Ministry of Trade and Industry (Singapore) is seeking an Energy Communications Officer to articulate MTI’s policies on low-carbon energy and nuclear energy to media, public and students through integrated communications and partnerships.
You will lead strategic counsel, plan events, manage media relations, stakeholder outreach and marketing communications to raise MTI’s profile and support a vibrant Singapore economy.
As Singapore pursues solutions to generate low‑carbon energy for the future, the Energy Communications Officer at MTI will be responsible for communicating the Ministry’s policies and developments (with a focus on the area of nuclear energy) to external stakeholders such as the media, general public, and students by developing and implementing integrated communications strategies, media outreach and public relations efforts, and creative partnerships to support MTI’s mission to develop a future‑ready economy.
You will be responsible for communicating MTI’s policies to external stakeholders such as the business community, industry players, and the general public. You will provide strategic communication counsel for our policies, organise events and activities in the areas of public relations, media relations, stakeholder engagement and marketing communications to profile MTI’s work in developing a vibrant and dynamic Singapore economy (with a focus on low‑carbon energy solutions and nuclear energy).
