A leading aviation support company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for equipment operator planning and aircraft towing. The role involves communication with various teams and attending to customer requests. Ideal candidates should have a diploma and good communication skills. Experience in planning or aviation is preferred.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and assign equipment operator for aircraft pushback/towing, including water/ toilet servicing and supply of GSE equipment if required

• Liaise with IGO/ Maintrol/ CEG for aircraft towing and other utilities servicing activities

• Liaise with Equipment Maintenance team on equipment requirements/ shortage

• Maintain regular walkie-talkie communication with the operator to ensure punctual departure of flights and any other changes in assignment for any services

• Attend to customer' request/ complaints (where necessary)

• Update the duty supervisor on any delay

• Carry out any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in related qualification, preferably with experience in aviation industry

• Microsoft Excel/ Words

• Computer literate

• Good communication skills

• Experience in planning or aviation will be added advantage
