A leading creative agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Art Director responsible for delivering innovative solutions for clients. You will lead projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and maintain high creative standards. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 6 years of experience, strong skills in Adobe Suite, and a deep understanding of social media platforms. This role demands excellent communication, leadership, and a proactive approach to creativity.
NOTE: As this is a Creative role, a portfolio is required in your application.
Summary: As a Senior Art Director, you will be responsible for work produced on behalf of our clients, as well as any work created for our company, as the need may arise. You are required to collaborate with other creative staff in order to ideate, produce and implement creative that solves our clients' business problems, briefs or goals. You are also expected to maintain our company's standards of creative excellence and, within reason, profitability.
Knowledge required
a. At least 6 years working experience as a creative.
b. Knowledgeable and understanding of the latest innovations, trends and developments in our industry.
c. A proven track record of previous success, as well as a determination to continue to succeed.
Skills required
a. Commercial and creative minded.
b. Excellent relationship management.
c. Selling and pushing creative standards + delivery.
d. Results oriented in business and creative output.
e. Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
f. Skilled and proficient in Adobe Suite and other visual productivity tools
g. Communicate effectively and clearly, both orally and in writing, in English
h. Communicate clearly and honestly with managers, peers and clients
i. Ability to present work to clients and internal teams
