Job summary

The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in art direction, a strong portfolio, and expert knowledge of design principles and Adobe Creative Suite. You will mentor designers, collaborate on creative concepts, and present innovative work to stakeholders.

Senior Art Director – Singapore Global Marketing Hub

As a Senior Art Director, you will lead the creative vision and visual storytelling across campaigns and brand touchpoints, elevating our brand expression through outstanding design direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct visual creative direction for integrated campaigns across all channels
• Lead design concepts from ideation through to final execution
• Mentor and guide designers and artworkers, elevating team capabilities
• Collaborate with copywriters to develop integrated creative concepts
• Present creative work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
• Ensure creative output meets brand standards and regulatory requirements
• Partner with external agencies and production partners on creative execution
• Stay current with design trends and bring fresh thinking to the brand

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in art direction roles, preferably in agency or in‑house brand teams
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and visual craft
• Expert knowledge of design principles and Adobe Creative Suite
• Demonstrated experience directing photography, video, and motion design projects
• Strong presentation skills with proven ability to communicate creative concepts to stakeholders
• Advanced stakeholder management skills and ability to incorporate feedback constructively
• Deep understanding of digital‑first creative and multi‑channel campaign execution
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries beneficial
• Proven leadership capability with demonstrated ability to inspire and develop creative talent
• Knowledge of brand guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements
