Job summary

fonda global engineering pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to oversee project teams, ensure design intent, and manage consultant deliverables on architectural packages.

You will coordinate with structural and M&E groups, review drawings for accuracy, ensure compliance with local codes and authorities, and report to the Project Manager. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualification from BCA-listed universities or Board of Architects is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Architectural coordination works.
• Conversant with local codes and authority submissions.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp; other tools a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to take ownership and be proactive.

Responsibilities

• Attend technical meetings/site meetings with consultants and provide technical solutions.
• Manage and lead Architectural project teams by outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical accuracy and outcomes.
• Manage Architectural consultants to meet project program, design deliverables, and Authority submission and timely approval.
• Review and add value to the designs/specifications/drawings submitted by consultants.
• Coordinate with structural and M&E teams to ensure final design aligns with architect’s intents.
• Inform Project Manager/Construction Manager on any technical/site problems pertaining to architectural works.
• Assist the Project Manager in preparing reports and presentations to management, clients and stakeholders.
