A staffing services company in Singapore is looking for a professional to manage Mixed-Use, Retail, and Commercial projects across the APAC region. The role involves collaborating with designers and architects on unique architectural designs, analyzing complex design issues, and coordinating with clients to solve technical problems. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for documenting drawings and preparing client presentations while overseeing the entire process from concept to development stage.

• Manage Mixed-Use, Retail, and Commercial projects across APAC.
• Collaborate with designers and architects to develop unique architectural designs.
• Analyze and propose solutions to complex design issues.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants to resolve technical problems.
• Lead documentation of SD/DD drawings and monitor draft work.
• Prepare presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the end-to-end process from concept stage to DD stage.
• Assist with preparation of client presentations and attend project meetings.
