Job Responsibilities:
Involves site supervision, drawing management, and coordinating between architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure architectural works comply with design intent, project specifications, and safety regulations.
Supervise the progress of architectural work on-site and ensure proper sequencing and execution of tasks by subcontractors.
Attending meetings, resolving technical issues, preparing progress reports, managing material requisitions, and overseeing the quality and timely execution of architectural tasks on a building project.
Communicate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve technical and site issues, and facilitate communication.
Assist in managing project schedules, timelines, and deliverables for architectural works, ensuring timely progress.
Monitor and inspect architectural works on-site to ensure they are executed according to design intent, specifications, and drawings.
Ensure that architectural designs and site works comply with local building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
Prepare and submit necessary architectural documents, including construction method statements, technical proposals, and regulatory submissions.
Key Requirements:
Degree in Architecture or a related field.
At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in architectural or construction projects.
Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction methods, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
Ability to identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
