Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore seeks an experienced Architectural Coordinator to oversee the architectural works on site. You will be responsible for coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, ensuring that works align with specifications and timelines. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Architecture, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. Experience in hospital projects is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Architectural coordination.
• Experience in hospital projects is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend technical meetings and provide technical solutions.
• Coordinate architectural works with consultants and sub-contractors.
• Ensure architectural works meet specifications.
• Inform Project Director/Manager of site issues.
• Supervise architectural work progress on site.
• Ensure subcontractor's work is on schedule.

• Attend technical meeting / site meetings with consultants and provide technical solutions
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works
• Supervise the progress of architectural works on site
• Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Architect or equivalent
• 5 years relevant working experience in Architectural coordination
• Preferably with experience in hospital projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
