Requirements:

• Registrable with the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore
• Minimum six years of architectural experience (preferably healthcare project) in Singapore
• Strong working knowledge of project implementation, with hands‑on experience in site supervision, contract administration, and consultant coordination
• Familiar with the day‑to‑day demands of construction‑stage project management, including contractor liaison, site issue resolution, and documentation
• Proactive and dependable, with a practical mindset and good communication skills
• Works well independently but thrives in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment
• GMAP/Enhanced GMAAP qualifications will be advantageous
