Job summary

Virtusa Singapore Private Limited is seeking an experienced Software Developer to collaborate across teams and deliver robust software solutions. You will work on frontend and backend development using JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, or Java, and contribute to automated testing across Playwright, Cucumber, TestNG, Selenium, Appium, and Espresso.

The role includes cloud management with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, plus CI/CD with GitLab and ArgoCD.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of professional experience as a Software Developer.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Develop and maintain frontend and backend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, or Java to meet business needs.
Implement automated tests using Playwright, Cucumber, TestNG, Selenium, Appium, and Espresso to ensure software quality and reliability.
Manage cloud infrastructure and services using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes to support scalable application deployment.
Utilize CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and ArgoCD to automate build, test, and deployment processes for faster delivery.
Design and consume REST and GraphQL APIs with JWT authentication to enable secure and efficient data exchange.
Monitor application performance and logs using tools like Splunk or OpenSearch to ensure system health and troubleshoot issues.
