Senior Applications Engineer – Machine Vision (AOI) / Manufacturing MNC

Our client is a Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Application Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central East.

Job Responsibilities

Analyse client requirements, existing solutions, and competitive offerings to evaluate technical fit.

Develop and implement customized inspection and measurement solutions using vision-based systems.

Conduct feasibility tests and proof-of-concept demonstrations to validate application viability.

Carry out testing and verification to ensure performance of application designs.

Prepare and present solution proposals to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Provide technical guidance and training support to regional teams on application-related matters.

Investigate root causes of system or solution issues to support resolution and improvement efforts.

All other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Min Degree in Engineering studies or equivalent.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Familiarity with systems such as AOI, solder paste inspection, or CMM will be advantageous.

Willing to travel overseas.
