Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Cybersecurity to lead APAC delivery of a global cybersecurity program across a portfolio of security projects. You will coordinate global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with priorities.

You will drive end-to-end lifecycle management, prepare strategic updates for APAC committees, and manage budgeting, hiring, and resource planning in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 8+ years of experience delivering security-focused projects within multinational organizations (banking, consulting or technology).
• PMP certification or equivalent; CISSP, CISM, or CISA would be an advantage.
• Strong project governance, risk management, resource planning, financial planning and budgeting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of cybersecurity projects across APAC, framing, validation, execution, and Run phase in coordination with the Global PMO.
• Relay global project updates, priorities, dependencies, and risks to APAC stakeholders through each phase.
• Coordinate project resources and contributors across regional and local IT and Security teams to ensure timely, budget-aligned delivery.
• Contribute to global project steering by consolidating regional updates, risks, and progress from local and regional stakeholders.
• Prepare and present regular strategic updates to the APAC ITP Executive Committee and other APAC management committees.
• Manage project resource and financial planning, including budgeting, hiring, and onboarding.
• Partner with APAC ITP and local territory leads to identify KPI gaps and track improvement initiatives.
• Support wider department initiatives, including budget activities, tool rollouts, and other regional programs.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to support decisions.
