Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Annotation Research Scientist to advance large-scale data annotation, quality assessment, and AI-assisted production workflows.

You will evaluate algorithmic directions, design benchmarks, and collaborate with data platform, engineering, and delivery teams to turn research ideas into stable production tools. The role requires a strong foundation in computer vision or ML, 5+ years of AI/CV/ML experience, and proficiency in Python with deep learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, AI, EE, automation or math.
• 5+ years in AI/CV/ML research or engineering.
• Strong CV/ML foundation with hands-on depth in video understanding, 3D, weak/semi-supervised learning.
• Ability to reproduce, adapt, and evaluate algorithmic approaches beyond papers.
• Engineering mindset for production workflows, scalable, maintainable.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks; good experiment management.
• Ownership, curiosity, resilience in an early-stage startup.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement automated annotation methods to improve efficiency and quality.
• Design algorithm-assisted workflows for data types, annotation support, quality assessment, and review optimization.
• Build evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, metrics, and error analysis methods.
• Collaborate with data platform, algorithm, engineering, and operations teams to productionize research.
• Analyze data quality issues and bottlenecks; propose improvements.
• Stay up to date with CV, weak/semi-supervised, automated annotation, and multimodal understanding; validate ideas in real scenarios.
