GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager for Geo and IoT to lead a team of 5–7 data scientists and partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to turn data into actionable solutions.

You will shape cross-functional analytics programs, influence executive decisions, and drive transformation across Grab's platform, delivering high-impact insights with a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data-related or quantitative fields, with D2C/B2C context (Marketplaces, Logistics, Fulfilment).
• At least 5 years of managerial experience leading and growing high-performing teams.
• High proficiency in SQL, Python, R or equivalent scripting languages.
• Deep experience designing and executing experiments (A/B tests, time-slice experiments).
• Strong data storytelling and visualization to communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to own open-ended business problems and propose novel solutions.
• Experience fostering a data-driven culture within an organization.

Get to Know the Role

As the Senior Analytics Manager for Geo and IoT, you will work lead a dedicated team of 5-7 data scientists and report directly to the Head of Analytics, Fulfilment and Geo. In this highly cross-functional role, you will collaborate with diverse teams - including Product, Business, Engineering, Design, and Data Science to transform raw data into dynamic, actionable solutions. Your insights will directly shape groundbreaking products and programs, setting new benchmarks for excellence across our platform.

• Build and Nurture a High-Performing Team: Recruit, mentor, and develop a diverse team of data scientists. Foster a culture of curiosity and innovation where ideas flourish and continuous learning is the norm.
• Influence at the Highest Levels: Present your team's findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders, making a tangible impact on critical company decisions.
• Drive Business Transformation: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to integrate analytics into every facet of our business. You will translate complex data into clear strategies, providing direction and clarity in a rapidly changing market landscape.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• High Agency & Taste: You operate with a high degree of autonomy and agency, possessing a refined "high taste" for quality data products and analytics frameworks.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are a builder at heart who thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly.
• Extensive Experience: At least 8 years of experience in data-related or quantitative fields, with a background in D2C or B2C contexts (such as Marketplaces, Logistics, or Fulfilment).
• Leadership Track Record: At least 5 years of managerial experience leading and growing high-performing teams, both horizontally and vertically.
• Technical Fluency: High proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other relevant scripting/programming languages.
• Experimentation Expertise: Deep experience designing and executing experiments to develop and test hypotheses (e.g., A/B testing, time-slice experiments, and advanced experimental methodologies).
• Data Storytelling: Skills in data visualization and storytelling; you can create compelling narratives that aptly represent your team's insights to non-technical audiences.
• Strategic Problem Solving: Proven ability to take ownership of open-ended, ambiguous business problems and propose novel, beyond-best-practice solutions.
• Cultural Catalyst: Demonstrated success in fostering a data-driven culture within an organization and promoting the use of analytics in everyday decision-making processes.
