Responsibilities

• Analyze financing options including loans, leases, asset-backed facilities, and project finance.
• Prepare lender presentations, schedules, diligence responses, and executive summaries.
• Support end-to-end financing processes from market research to closing and post-close monitoring.
• Track capital expenditures, funding availability, utilization, and financing milestones.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Accounting, Operations, and Procurement.
• Develop scenario analyses linking GPU deployment, power, capacity, and liquidity.
• Improve templates, reporting, and data processes for a scalable financing function.
• Conduct market and transaction research on data-center and AI-finance trends.
• Support communications with banks, lessors, and other lenders and investors.

What you will be responsible for:

Bitdeer is seeking a Senior Analyst, Project Finance to support financing and fundraising for GPU computing and data-center infrastructure. Based in Singapore, this role will work closely with the VP, Finance and cross-functional teams to develop models, evaluate funding alternatives, prepare transaction materials, and support execution. Direct GPU or Data Center experience is helpful but not required; the successful candidate will bring strong analytical skills and relevant experience from equipment finance, corporate finance, project finance or another transaction-oriented environment.

What you will be responsible for:

• Build and maintain detailed financing, cash-flow, debt-service, and return models for GPU purchases and data-center projects.
• Analyze financing alternatives, including equipment loans, leases, asset-backed facilities, project financing, private credit, vendor financing, and other structured solutions.
• Prepare lender presentations, information packages, financial schedules, diligence responses, approval materials, and executive summaries.
• Support financing processes from market research and lender outreach through term-sheet evaluation, diligence, documentation, closing, funding, and post-close monitoring.
• Track project capital expenditures, funding availability, utilization, interest, covenant requirements, payment schedules, and key financing milestones.
• Partner with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Accounting, Operations, and Procurement to validate assumptions and maintain consistent source data.
• Develop scenario analyses connecting GPU deployment, utilization, power and facility capacity, revenue, operating costs, capital expenditures, and liquidity.
• Improve templates, reporting, controls, and data processes that support a scalable global financing function.
• Conduct market and comparable-transaction research on data-center, digital-infrastructure, equipment-finance, and AI-compute financing trends.
• Support communications and execution activities with banks, equipment lessors, private-credit providers, infrastructure investors, and strategic partners.

How you will stand out:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, project finance, equipment finance or leasing.
• Experience in data centers, GPUs, servers, technology hardware, energy, infrastructure, equipment leasing, or another capital-intensive sector is an advantage
• Experience supporting debt, lease, project-finance, private-credit, or asset-backed transactions.
• Familiarity with financial statements, credit agreements, covenant calculations, and financing-related accounting concepts.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to organize large volumes of financial and operational information and communicate conclusions clearly.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work across functions, seniority levels, and geographies.
