A global consumer business in Singapore is seeking a Senior Analyst/Assistant Manager to lead projects and improve financial processes. You'll collaborate with teams globally, ensuring financial accuracy and contributing to budget planning and forecasting. Ideal candidates have a degree in Accounting or ACCA, with at least 3 years of experience. This opportunity includes travel and significant exposure to taxation and system integration.
Our client is a well known global consumer business and we are currently looking for a Senior Analyst/Assistant Manager to join them.
Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager, you will collaborate closely with the US finance team to lead the implementation of key projects and initiatives. Your responsibilities will involve supporting regional finance teams in month-end closing activities, ensuring data accuracy, and resolving accounting issues. You will play a vital role in budget planning, financial forecasting, and cash flow management while assisting in the creation of financial policies that comply with group-level standards and local GAAP. Additionally, you will be involved in significant projects, including revenue recognition, process enhancement, and system implementation, working with stakeholders across various regions. By identifying potential financial and tax risks and proposing effective solutions, you will contribute to continuous improvements. Providing comprehensive financial insights and analysis to support informed decision-making will also be a key part of your role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and strategic thinking skills, as well as the ability to work independently and resourcefully.
A recognised degree in Accounting, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. High-performing Big 4 auditors who are looking to transition into a commercial role are also welcome to apply.
