You will transform data into actionable insights to enhance regulator oversight, identify high-risk providers, and support policy review and design.
We are seeking suitable officers to join the Regulatory Analytics team within the Regulatory Transformation Division at the Ministry of Health. This role focuses on developing, implementing, and improving regulatory databases and analytics frameworks, and conducting analyses to support evidence-based decision-making, risk-based inspections, and regulatory policy review and design. You will transform data into actionable insights to enhance the regulator's ability to monitor compliance, detect emerging risks, improve operational efficiencies, and support strategic regulatory initiatives.
You will be responsible for regulatory data analytics and reporting. A key focus will be designing and implementing risk-based licensing and supervision frameworks to identify high-risk providers and services, enabling prioritisation of inspection and enforcement resources. You will also provide analytical support for policy decision-making by collaborating with policy, legal, IT, and operational teams to align data insights with regulatory objectives. You will also be involved in implementing data governance standards and protocols for data collection, validation, and management related to healthcare licensing, working with stakeholders to improve data quality and completeness across regulatory systems.
