DESIGNATION : Senior Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES

Purpose of the role

A Senior Analyst in Client Servicing will manage research projects, including design, set-up, analysis and reporting, as well as managing of existing client relationships.

Scope of the role

To manage research projects from end-to-end, requiring a blend of technical research skills, project management abilities and strong communication and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Research Managers and other team members to manage quantitative research projects.
  • Project management to include questionnaire design and fieldwork preparation and working closely with data processing team to ensure data is accurate and on time
  • Analyse and generate meaningful insights from research data, and prepare presentations for project pitches and presentations
  • Take responsibility for project management and client interaction at various stages of the research study

  • Strong attention to detail and perform with consistent accuracy
  • Communicate and work effectively with the team
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience

  • At least 2 years of Market Research Experience (preferably in agency role)
