Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in a banking or consultancy environment.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred.
• Technical understanding of the SDLC cycle.

Responsibilities

• Plan development activities and provide effort estimates.
• Gather and validate user/business/system requirements.
• Design functional solutions based on user requirements.
• Document functional specifications and obtain user confirmation.
• Configure screening engine rules and tune algorithms.
