Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a compliance associate to assist in AML/CFT activities, including transaction monitoring, fact finding and reporting of suspicious transactions. The role emphasizes timely reviews, meticulous record-keeping, and adherence to internal policies.

You will support monthly stakeholder reporting and assist supervisors in risk mitigation. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree, with certification in AML/CFT preferred and 1–2 years of AML surveillance experience

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Certification in AML/CFT is preferred.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Good level of analytical skills.
• 1–2 years of AML transactions surveillance experience would be a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist in AML/CFT compliance activities including transaction monitoring, fact finding and reporting of suspicious transactions.
• Perform fact find and transaction surveillance reviews on suspicious transactions with target turnaround time.
• Maintain records pertaining to transaction surveillance, STR and related records.
• Familiarize with internal policies, processes and procedures to carry out the job function properly.
• Assist in preparing monthly reporting to stakeholders.
• Carry out tasks as instructed by supervisors.
• Consider and mitigate compliance risks and maintain risk awareness.
• Stay updated on regulatory compliance trends and emerging threats.
