Job summary

Eames Consulting partners with a private banking institution to hire an Application Developer focused on AML and fraud detection systems. You will translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions and own data flows from core banking systems.

You will design detection models, write complex SQL, and work with compliance and BI teams to ensure accurate monitoring and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of financial technology development experience, with 3–4 years on NICE Actimise implementations.
• Proven hands-on with Actimise AIS, Visual Modeler, CDD/WLF/SAM modules, and enterprise SQL (Oracle/MS-SQL/PostgreSQL).
• Experience with core banking platforms and Avaloq data schemas, object models, or messaging interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain detection models, custom rules, and alert workflows using AIS and Visual Modeler.
• Collaborate with core banking teams to ensure data ingestion and pipeline integration between Avaloq structures and Actimise modules.
