A leading air services provider in Singapore is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive to manage client accounts and ensure smooth delivery of services. The ideal candidate will have a degree and at least 3 years of account management experience. Skills in communication, problem-solving, and multitasking are essential. This role involves direct client interaction and enhancing customer relations within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of account management or operational experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact for clients assigned.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of services via audits.
  • Coordinate airline scheduled and non-scheduled meal presentations.
  • Enhance customer relations both at local and HQ level.
  • Resolve key client issues and complaints.
