Job summary

SURBANA JURONG PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the AI Transformation Programme to govern grants, track budgets, and translate conditions into structured plans. The role collaborates across AI Hub, Group Finance and BU finance to ensure accurate, auditable reporting.

You will design dashboards in Power BI/Excel, monitor milestones, support vendor onboarding, and apply AI tooling to streamline data consolidation, delivering timely leadership updates and compliance

Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong business analysis, governance and financial tracking capabilities.
• Experience with dashboards and reporting tools is desirable.
• Ability to collaborate across Finance, Strategy and Technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate grant conditions and milestones into structured programme plans and tracking (RAID, milestone trackers).
• Design, build and maintain dashboards to monitor budget utilisation and KPI progress.
• Coordinate data inputs from BU finance and operations, ensuring timely data flow and accuracy.
• Support vendor onboarding and ensure compliance reporting and audits where required.
• Apply AI/automation tools to streamline data consolidation and reporting processes.
