Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering Kubernetes-based schedulers for large-scale AI workloads.
• Strong background in distributed systems and performance optimization for GPU clusters.
• Proficiency in Python and scripting for automation and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate the Kubernetes-native scheduling platform for AI workloads.
• Implement topology-aware placement and resource-aware scheduling across GPU clusters.
• Develop workload control features: admission, queuing, prioritization, preemption, and fault recovery.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, platform teams, and security/ops to align with product direction.
