Job summary

Avensys Consulting seeks a Senior Solutions Architect with 8–10+ years of experience in AI/ML, cloud, infrastructure, data, or enterprise technology. You will blend hands-on engineering with customer-facing architecture and leadership to deliver complex solutions.

Responsibilities include leading enterprise architecture discussions, designing multi-cloud deployments, mentoring teams, and ensuring AI governance and security. Experience with regulated industries and Chinese language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on engineering with customer-facing architecture leadership.
• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, cloud, infrastructure, data, or enterprise tech.
• Proven ability to engage enterprise customers and influence stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring teams while remaining hands-on with architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture discussions with enterprise customers and guide technical decisions.
• Design and deploy AI/ML solutions across on-prem, private cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Mentor teams while contributing hands-on architecture and implementation work.
• Ensure AI governance, security, risk management, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate on regulated industry and private AI deployment initiatives.
