Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore seeks a Senior/Executive Engineer, AI Security Engineer to lead AI security across the rail domain.

You will review AI security submissions, develop standards and provide guidance to project teams on secure AI design and deployment within an OT rail environment. Strong ML security expertise and excellent stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in AI security with exposure to AI/ML systems
• Strong understanding of ML security risks (poisoning, adversarial attacks)
• Familiarity with AI/ML development lifecycle and security integration
• Ability to review technical submissions and provide clear security guidance
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal SME on AI security across railway domain
• Guide project teams on secure AI design, implementation and deployment
• Review AI security submissions for alignment with MITRE/ISO/NIST standards
• Develop AI security standards, guidelines and reference frameworks
• Advise on AI supply chain risks including third‑party models and datasets
• Support incident response activities for AI system anomalies and security events
• Stay updated on AI security threats and evolving guidance
• Engage OT teams to adapt guidance to operational constraints
