Job summary

Prudential plc is seeking a senior leader to define and govern security architecture for AI/Generative AI adoption across the enterprise. You will ensure AI platforms and AI-enabled apps are designed, built, and operated securely at scale, with blueprints and controls aligned to regulatory expectations.

The role covers Asia, Africa, and UK regions, collaborating with GIS P teams to promote secure AI adoption, risk minimization, and audit-readiness globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT security experience in large orgs.
• Deep understanding of AI security threats and controls (OWASP AI).
• Experience securing AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
• Familiar with Azure/GCP/AWS/AliCloud and AI/ML services.
• Leading security projects including AI governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern security architecture for AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Develop AI security controls and reference architectures.
• Embed AI security requirements across the solution lifecycle.
• Serve as SME to architects, developers and stakeholders.
• Evaluate AI security tech to strengthen posture.
• Conduct AI risk assessments and provide mitigations.
• Partner with auditors and regulators for responsible AI adoption.
• Identify gaps in AI security controls and propose changes.
