Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build AI-powered digital healthcare platforms. You will deliver modern, scalable applications using full stack technologies and integrate Generative AI into development workflows.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience building and deploying production-grade web apps.
• Strong full-stack experience (frontend + backend) for scalable systems.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Experience integrating LLM APIs or AI-powered features.
• Familiar with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools in daily dev work.
• Prompt engineering and evaluating LLM outputs.
• Solid knowledge of Git workflows, CI/CD, and Agile practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js/TypeScript/React and/or Python.
• Develop and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Create reusable UI components with modern UX patterns and real-time features.
• Model data using SQL and NoSQL databases and ensure data integrity.
• Deploy and operate apps in AWS with scalability, reliability, and observability.
• Work with serverless, microservices, and containerized architectures.
• Integrate LLM APIs into applications and build AI-driven features.
• Leverage LangChain/LangGraph for orchestration and AI workflows.
• Prototype AI capabilities, iterate quickly, and push to production.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding and testing.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews; drive continuous improvement.
