Job summary

A leading crypto exchange in Singapore seeks an experienced engineer for the development of an AI Native platform. The selected candidate will lead architecture design and implementation of AI capabilities within engineering workflows. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 6 years of backend engineering experience with proficiency in Java or Python. The role demands collaboration across product, engineering, QA, and operations teams to enhance engineering efficiency and delivery quality.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in backend or platform engineering with strong system design capabilities.
• Proficiency in Java or Python, solid coding skills, and architectural thinking.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code and Codex.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design and core capability development of the AI Agent platform.
• Drive implementation of AI Native capabilities in engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to standardise and scale platform capabilities.
