Job summary

Seatrium Limited in Singapore seeks an experienced AI/ML Architect to design and maintain end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring. You will collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to operationalize models, focusing on performance, scalability, and low latency in production environments.

You will implement AI/MLOps practices, optimize inference with TensorRT and ONNX, and write robust code in a GitHub-enabled, cloud-first environment (AWS/Azure).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field. A PhD is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in AI/ML model development, AI/MLOps, and cloud-based deployment, with at least 3-4 years focused on building and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions in production environments.
• Proven track record of taking AI/ML projects from concept to deployment and monitoring.
• Experience in regulated maritime industries in Singapore is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain end-to-end AI/ML pipelines from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize models, optimizing performance, scalability, and latency for high-quality datasets.
• Implement AI/MLOps practices (CI/CD, model versioning, feature stores) using modern tools.
• Optimize model inference for production environments using TensorRT, ONNX, pruning, and quantization.
• Write robust, testable code in a collaborative setting using GitHub and integrate AI models into enterprise systems via APIs and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
