Ideal candidates come from a strong data engineering or software background and are passionate about building an AI-native company. You will work with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and other frontier models, and contribute to scalable AI platforms and secure governance.

Qualifications

• Strong background in data engineering or software development transitioning to AI engineering.
• Experience delivering production AI systems and large-scale pipelines.
• Interest in building an AI-native company and scalable AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop production-grade AI services, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Build and optimize data pipelines with Spark, Databricks, Kafka, and Delta Lake.
• Lead LLM-based solutions with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other models.
• Design AI agents, tool calling, and multi-agent architectures.
• Implement RAG, embeddings, and enterprise search for knowledge systems.
• Deploy models with vLLM, llama.cpp, Kubernetes and GPU infra.
• Orchestrate MLOps, model registries, evaluation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for large-scale AI.
