Job summary

Argyll Scott is seeking a Senior AI Engineer (12-month contract) in Singapore to architect and deploy AI-powered solutions for public-sector oriented platforms. You will lead end-to-end AI development, evaluate models and ensure reliable, scalable performance.

You will work in a small autonomous team, tackle multi-agent systems, RAG, knowledge graphs, and MCP-based tooling, while collaborating with product managers and data engineers to deliver real user value.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in CS/ML/NLP or related field.
• At least 8 years designing and deploying AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with transformer-based LLMs and RLHF.
• Proven production deployments of AI-powered products.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, KGs, and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with MCP, A2A, A2UI and AI tooling ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop and deploy end-to-end AI solutions.
• Design scalable AI architectures with multi-agent systems and RAG.
• Fine-tune generative models and optimize prompts and context.
• Establish evaluation frameworks and guardrails for AI behavior.
• Monitor production AI systems for latency and reliability.
• Evaluate frameworks, tooling, and trade-offs of performance and cost.
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers and users.
• Document decisions and architectural limitations for iterative delivery.
