Job summary

SAP SE is seeking an early-career AI Engineer to design, develop, and operate AI-native enterprise applications in cloud-native environments. You will work with senior engineers to apply AI/ML techniques to real business problems, delivering production-grade solutions that impact enterprise customers from day one.

You will contribute to cross-functional projects, learn SAP AI technologies, and grow your engineering skills in a fast-paced, global team.

Qualifications

• Solid foundational software engineering skills with Python.
• Growing understanding of AI/ML concepts,LLMs and frameworks.
• Exposure to data pipelines, MLOps or AI model integration.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and take ownership.
• Curiosity, adaptability and growth mindset in a high-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Develop production-grade, cloud-native apps with AI capabilities.
• Work in cross-functional delivery teams to understand business needs.
• Implement features and integrations under guidance of senior engineers.
• Support prototyping, testing and iteration of AI solutions in customer environments.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions to improve code quality.
• Assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving deployed solutions.
