Job summary

persol tech services pte. ltd. seeks an experienced AI Architecture & Solution Delivery lead to drive end-to-end AI projects. You will define architectures, design scalable models, and deliver cloud-based AI solutions with Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and ensure governance, security, and performance across platforms, including Azure. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• More than 4 years of hands-on experience in AI development and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI and cloud services.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with video analytics and AI-based video processing.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices within AI or data projects.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments.
• Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and solution-oriented thinking.
