Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Senior AI Technical Trainer in Singapore to deliver instructor-led bootcamps and hands-on labs for partners. You will teach generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, RAG patterns and API workflows to engineers, developers and executives.

You will translate complex AI topics into practical use cases, guide labs, and ensure a premium learner experience while collaborating with OpenAI programme leadership and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Background in technical training or developer enablement.
• Experience presenting to professional technical audiences.
• Demonstrated expertise with large language models and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern software environments.
• Hands-on experience building or enabling labs for AI platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot participant issues live.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led bootcamps, workshops and hands-on labs for partner organisations.
• Facilitate training for engineers, developers, solution architects and business stakeholders.
• Lead practical exercises and troubleshoot issues live during sessions.
• Translate AI concepts into practical, business-relevant use cases.
• Drive engagement across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Represent OpenAI professionally with enterprise customers and partners.
• Maintain consistency and quality of delivery across the market.
• Support scalable training deployment while preserving premium learner experience.
• Collaborate with programme leadership and regional stakeholders.
