Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing is seeking a senior AI Architecture & Delivery lead in Singapore to architect and drive end-to-end AI solutions. You will develop, deploy, and optimize models using Python, Azure AI, and other cloud services, while integrating video analytics into robust platforms.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure quality through governance and DevOps practices. Strong leadership and communication are essential to succeed in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Qualifications

More than 4 years of hands-on experience in AI development and implementation.
Solid Python programming background with practical Azure AI experience.
Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch) and video analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead AI solution architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation across projects.
Develop, optimize, and deploy AI models using Python and cloud-based AI services.
Integrate video analytics and video processing capabilities into AI solutions.
Design AI solutions on Azure and other cloud platforms, with edge deployment when needed.
Apply DevOps practices to AI development, deployment, and monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and align with business needs.
