Job summary

RegASK is seeking a Senior Applied AI Engineer to own the design, evaluation and delivery of LLM-powered agentic systems within the RegASK platform. You will build agent workflows in Python/TypeScript and integrate them alongside the product engineering team in Node/React.

You will own outcomes end to end, including the agent, evaluation harness and customer-facing surface. Join a global RegASK AI team innovating at the intersection of AI, regulation and enterprise transformation.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with LangGraph and LangChain for building agentic workflows.
Proven ownership of LLM evaluation and observability in production settings.
Strong grounding in embeddings, vector stores and retrieval optimization.

Responsibilities

Design and implement agent workflows using LangGraph/LangChain focusing on orchestration and observability.
Build automated evaluation pipelines for factuality, robustness and guardrails.
Optimize embedding models and vector store integrations for domain-specific content.
Integrate agentic services into RegASK platform within Node/React codebase.
Maintain prompt pipelines and tune for cost, latency and accuracy in production.
Oversee GenAI service deployment, monitoring and improvements (LLMOps), preferably on Azure.
Collaborate with product, regulatory experts and engineering; mentor peers on agent design.
