About the role

We are currently looking for a Senior Advisor to join our team in Singapore.

Location: Singapore

Responsibilities

• Participating in the Company’s board of directors meetings, assisting to define the Company’s strategic objectives and policies, monitoring progress towards achieving the objectives and policies, ensuring adherence to the Company’s strategic plan and making necessary adjustments to facilitate continued compliance with the Company’s strategic plan; Providing shareholders and relevant stakeholders with updates on the Company’s performance and activities.
• To act within powers in accordance with the Company’s constitution and to use those powers only for the purposes for which they were conferred.
• To promote the success of the Company for the benefit of its shareholder.
• To exercise independent judgement.
• To exercise reasonable care, skill and diligence.
• To avoid conflicts of interest.
• Not to accept benefits from third parties.
• To declare an interest in a proposed transaction or arrangement.
