Job summary

A leading retail management company in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Support Officer to provide essential assistance to the Operations team. Responsibilities include sourcing and purchasing, preparing invoices, and liaising with tenants. The ideal candidate must possess a Diploma in Business Studies and have strong communication skills. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage various administrative tasks effectively.

Qualifications

  • Min. Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations team.
  • Carry out sourcing and purchasing duties.
  • Prepare invoices, data key-in, and submission of reports.
  • Coordinate paperwork relating to operational processes.
  • Assist in documentation for renovation works.
  • Deal and correspond with tenants.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties.

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to the Operations team to ensure that the department is maintained in an effective, updated and accurate manner
  • To carry out sourcing and purchasing duties
  • To prepare invoices, data key-in and submission of regularly scheduled reports
  • To coordinate paper work relating to meter reading, carpark system, M&E services and other operational processes
  • To assist in the documentation for handling of renovation works and reinstatement cases
  • To assist in the dealings and correspondences with tenants
  • To perform general administrative and clerical duties including liaising with the Authorities on admin matter

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office application is required
