A leading life sciences organization in Singapore seeks a Senior Administration Assistant to provide critical administrative support to the executive team. The role involves managing complex travel, planning meetings, and interacting with stakeholders. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in MS Office. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills and offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment.

The Senior Administration Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to primarily for members of the executive team. Responsibilities may include maintaining the executive calendars, coordinating meetings/schedules, travel, meeting minutes, developing presentations, and various projects. Working closely with the Executive Team, the Sr Admin Assistant handles projects and assignments requiring problem solving skills, and in-depth knowledge of the leaders’ functions, programs, ongoing activities and priorities.
