An events management company in Singapore is seeking an individual to manage event permit applications, liaise with vendors, and handle bookkeeping. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Mandarin, self-driven, meticulous, and able to work independently. You'll support HR duties and perform general administrative tasks. This position offers a 5-day work week.

TLK Events & Lightings manages events of all scales — from pasar malams and food fairs to trade fairs and large bazaars. We focus on smooth operations, strong vendor partnerships, and delivering memorable event experiences.
Submit application to government authorities for event permit.
Liaise with vendors for SFA Submissions.
Track and reconcile daily payment records from vendors.
Handle bookkeeping of expenses and revenue transactions.
Handle HR duties, managing the company's foreign workers.
Perform other general administrative duties.
Provide additional support and take on ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and China-based colleagues).
Self-driven, committed, and able to work independently.
Willing to learn, adaptable, and open to added responsibilities for company and personal growth.
Meticulous, organized, and comfortable liaising with vendors when needed.
5-day work week.
