• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in building & construction.
• Good knowledge in Building M&E services with project site experience in ACMV Systems.
• Self-driven, independent and team-player.

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction engineering drawings and detect discrepancies.
• Provide technical guidance and oversee juniors on ACMV equipment.
• Ensure quality and safety during site inspections.
• Manage projects, budgets, schedules, and client feedback.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and health & safety requirements.
