Overview

Handle full spectrum of receivables (AR) including monthly closing, preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of receivables and bank statements.

Timely processing of customer invoices and receipts.

Resolve billing issues.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
• Coordinate with sales team on debt collection status and customer suspension list.
• Review credit limit and credit terms of customers.
• Perform ageing analysis and provide reason and countermeasure for late collection.
• Liaise and coordinate with auditors, banks and other government agencies where necessary.
• Ad hoc duties and projects as required by Manager.
