Job Description

If you enjoy tackling numbers, thinking analytically, and refining your accounting skills, we have an exciting opportunity that provides comprehensive support to businesses in accounting, payroll, HR, tax, and grant applications. Our company is looking for personnel who are extremely meticulous when dealing with numbers and financial data. In this role, you’ll be actively involved in client operations, managing multiple accounts, and ensuring financial accuracy.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and handle full set of accounts, and prepare consolidation
  • Manage intercompany transactions, reconcile balances, and settle outstanding amounts periodically.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory filings
  • Liaise with clients, auditors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Maintain proper accounting records and ensure timely financial reporting
  • Support management with ad-hoc accounting, taxation, and administrative tasks
  • Continuously improve processes and contribute to company growth
  • Coordinate with external parties and assist with audit and tax filing matters.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks to support financial management functions.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in Accounting Firm, in client servicing accounting environment
  • Degree or equivalent certificates on financial accounting.
  • Proven experience managing a full set of accounts, with strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Sincere, committed, with good time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in SingTax and liaise with Chinese speaking clients.
